Brookside Blast 6/16/23
WE DID IT!
We strutted our stuff around the village on Wednesday during our Bubble Parade - a whole-school event to kick-off field day. It was a a whimsical and joyous event that hopefully brought smiles to at least a few community members!
The 4th Grade celebration was serendipitously planned for indoors this year (thankfully - it was pouring!) and we celebrated the advancement of 61 fourth graders. The 4th grade chorus sang, students were presented with individually selected books from their teachers and Mr. Neville and Ms. Schoolcraft shared a few words before the entire class sang These Green Mountains and enjoyed their celebratory slideshow. Congratulations 4th graders!
Our final All School Morning Meeting for 22-23 included a standing ovation send-off to Amy Watmough, Beth Reilly, Tara Luce-Rogers, Bonnie Flanagan, Anet Hammett, Wanda Fisher and Vern Brusca! Congratulations to all - we will miss you!
